i thought i had read somewhere that for perpetual travelers domicile for legal purposes is determined by the last place of established residency. is that not true?
though i guess if the rv'ers can't vote in tennessee that means they also don't have to pay tenn taxes. and by extension if they can't vote in national elections maybe they can cut out some tax payment there too.
