ok, i realize i'm speaking as a vegetarian (and not a very good one because i do love dairy). but even if not, it does not speak highly about our management of resources and our lifestyles that there are so many cows and sheep that their farting upsets the balance of earth's environment. getting cows to jump like kangaroos might speak to management, but it is rather like spraying aerosol deodorant to mask the fact that we are turning our planet into our bathroom.
