First, I am 36 and plan on working for another 20 to 23 years. What can I do better as far as investments are concerned? Here it is:

401-k ( company matches 50% up to 1st 6%) I am doing 7% right now of around $80,000.

Have around 21k
20%- Nationwide International Index A (International)
20%- Oppenheimer Global A (International)
20%- Neuberger Berman Gensis TR ( Small Cap)
20%- Wells Fargo Advantage Common Stock Z (Mid Cap)
20%- Janus Twenty Fund ( Large Cap)

Rollover IRA

Have around 48k
26%- Cherokee Inc Del (CHKE) 400shares- dividend payout of 8.5%
12%- Teva Pharmaceuticals (TEVA) 125 shares
14%- Walgreens (WAG) 200 shares

Roth IRA

Have around 13k ( will be putting the max each year- this year 5k)
26%- Dodge & Cox International Stock (Dodfx)
29%- Fidelity four-in-one Index (FFNOX)
20%- AIM International Core Equity Inv (IIBCX)
25%- Janus Contrarian (JSVAX)

Wife's Roth IRA
Have around 4k ( will be putting between 3-4k each year)
100%- Marsico International Opportunities (MIOFX)

Wife's 403-B ( no more contributions as she is a stay at home mom)
Have around 13k
25% Fidelity Freedom 2040 (ffffx)
25% Fidelity Value (FDVLX)
25% Fidelity Magellon (FMAGX)
25% Fidelity Canada (FICDX)

Also have around 20k in cash in a money market account at 5.05% and 20k in stocks such as Progress Energy (PGN), Duke Power (DUK).

We owe 423k on a house that appraised this year for 520k with around 22 years left and own 3 rental houses ( 2 houses paid off with 1 that we owe around 83k- they generate around $1600 per month in total rent)

Would you do anything different? No car payments and both cars are 2007's.

Also 1 child thats 2 and have 3k in 529 account and contributes $100 per month for that.

For specific investment advice, I'd go over to the diehards site (bogleheads). There is a suggested proforma posted that will get you a quality answer. See the sticky under Investing - Help

Guide to the Vanguard Diehards Forums

step 1 I would do some retirement calculators on sites like T Rowe Price, Money, Smartmoney and Quicken
step 2 I would determine what asset allocation you want. step 1 might help with this.
step 3, do a morningstar x-ray of all holdings above
step 4- compare steps 2 and 3.
step 5 make changes

If you do homework to determine asset allocation, the other decisions with investing come much easier.
