We all receive these, but I thought this one received today was particularly outrageous and humorous. If you have money in Fidelity, you should be ashamed of yourself ;). Never trust a stranger named Anthoney who addresses you as "My Dear" by the way:

My Dear,

How are you today?

I am Mr. Anthony Bolton,Fund Manager of Fidelity Investment International. The World Largest Funds Management Company with over 1.2 Trillion Capital Investment Funds

Nevertheless, as Fidelity Fund Manager, I handle all our Investor's Direct Capital Funds and secretly extract 1.2% Excess Maximum Return Capital Profit (EMRCP) per annual on each of the Investor's Magellan Capital Funds As an Expert, I have made over 32.4M British Pounds from the Investor's EMRCP and hereby looking for someone to trust who will stand as an Investor to receive the funds as Annual Investment Proceeds from Fidelity Magellan Capital Funds. All confirm able Documents to back up the claims will be made available to you prior to your Acceptance.

Meanwhile I have worked out the strategies and technicalities whereby the funds can be claimed in any of our 6 clearing Houses without any inches. ANTHONY BOLTON
FUNDS MANAGER

I would ask for the money in small unmarked non-sequential bills. Somebody at Fidelity could do that.

Pretty funny when you know what it is, but I suspect there are bunches of staff at Fidelity running around like crazy and who are not amused.

That's the best one I've seen, a real keeper. :D

At least they've advanced beyond "modalities," and are into arranging the "technicalities." Now, if you can just figure out how to claim these funds without any "inches," you could make a lot of money!

umm....when I send out business letters I usually address the recipient as Lover Girl or My Dearest Sex Kitten.

Is that wrong?

I can understand why you think it's so hilariously ignorant-- most of these crooks would be happy to do it for 2%.

I'd hold out for no more than 1.5%... I'd love to get in on the ground floor of this, so let me know if you need some seed money to help pay for the "British wire transfer taxes"!
