My Horizon BCBS HMO w/deductable & co-pay plan's premium is up 15% for 2009. The law (NJ) prohibits them from increasing it any further for people who had policies prior to 1/5/09. So, they increased it to the max!!
I was forecasting 8% increases in my premium. This increase has stunned me. If I extrapolate out to when we both turn 64, I'll be paying $124,000 in constant 2009 dollars!
