How To Turn Off Red Underlining in MS Word 2007?

When my MS Word finds what it thinks is a mistake, it underlines it in red. I found what I think will be a really helpful way to improve language pronunciation and familiarity, a website with mp3s of public domain books, poetry etc, and matching transcriptions.

So that I wouldn’t have to scroll laterally, I copied the text to a Word file-but it underlines all the Spanish words which of course it sees as misspelled.

I am totally lost in Word. Can anyone tell me how to turn this function off?

I'm trying to activate spell checker but when i go to tools>options> i dont see the spelling & grammar option is it somewhere else in Vista?
