I guess this is a good time people to petition state governments and voters to allow things they wouldn't in normal times. All you have to say is:

If the voters of Ohio approve the casino relocation in May, we will quickly move to the next steps in the development of this casino, which will create thousands of construction and new full-time permanent jobs and generate hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenues for all of Ohio's 88 counties and school districts throughout the state."

Pretty much hit the trifecta: jobs, tax revenue and schools.

What caught my eye expecially is the irony of it being a brownfield site, which was formerly a GM/Delphi auto components plant. What a dynamic progression.
