OPM to Recalculate Some Survivor and Disability Annuities

They don't explain what is causing the recalculation but it sounds like it is related to the minimum disability annuity (40%). They say the recalculation can only result in an increase so if your are a law enforcement disability annuitant (or survivor of one) it would be worth a look see.
