Got my blood tests results back today that were part of my annual physical and was really pleased with the results:

HDL 42 (a new high for me)
Triglycerides 77
LDL 65
A1C 5.2 (a new low )
FSG 101 (lowest since becoming diabetic, I have dawn phenomena, so usually closer to 110)
PSA .6

Hope I can keep this up. I would attribute the improvement to consuming less carbs and more protein.

Thanks bbbamI. It does provide additional motivation when some incremental improvement is realized. Being a pasta lover, I still have a ways to go in fighting that urge to consume carbs.
