When to buy into India? Rupee at a record low exchange rate, market down 11% in one month. A buying opportunity? Is there a good ETF of MF for buying into the Indian market?

Cramer mentioned on his show yesterday that traders are telling him to get into India now. He suggested the Wisdom Tree ETF.

He also has VGN(Vang. European etf) and FXI(Chinese etf of 15 or 25 stocks). Can't remember how many stocks off hand it has but they are top trading stocks in China).

We went to Fidelity quarterly meeting and they believe Philipenes will be good. I'm waiting for EPHE etf to correct some before investing in it.
