I was looking for an article that cites specific percentages of actively managed funds that beat the index to make my argument for having a heavy selection of index funds in our 401K. Thanks for posting that, it was exactly what I needed.

What's going on with State Street? I had CXA and went to sell all but it's delisted (State Street's Ca Muni ETF)

Found out 12 ETFs delisted. Apparently we were notified 30 days prior (according to a call I just got off) bit I wasn't
