Inherited IRA's, by spouse, will not change. Inherited IRA's by others, will
have to be disbursed in 5 years or less. No longer be allowed to disburse the
inherited IRA over the lifetime of the beneficiaries.

Has anyone else read this. I think there is a lot of $$ in IRA's, and the Fed.
govt. needs the income! My complaint, Gov't is changing the rules for IRA's.

Hopefully, when it comes to a vote, the public will speak up...:(

Government changing the rules; I'm shocked. Nothing to see here. Wait until they start discussing Social Security - then get excited.

I don't spend many brain cycles speculating on possible future tax changes. I spend less than zero brain cells speculating about one sliver of the code in isolation. Without knowing what the whole package would look like it is tantamount to worrying about an individual stock performance.

This is really at the trial balloon stage. The idea has been leaked, but it is a long way from being decided or made into law.

This idea seems to be from 2013 are they trying it again?
