Ok, take Seattle off of my retirement destination.Seattle lawmakers pass tax on highest earners; mayor eager to be sued. Lets make another poll question, what city is next to pass another high earner tax increase?

This law will get shot down quick. It is against the State (Washington) Constitution. Anyone impacted by this law who can-will move outside the city limits if this law actually takes effect.

Nice. IDK that it was against the constitution. I remember in my fine state the Governor said "“People will take a certain amount of abuse and then there is a point".... so they know they are abusing the rich already http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/cuomo-raising-tax-wealthy-drive-n-y-article-1.2964919 OK put Seattle back on the maybe retire to spot.

I was just up there for my Nephew's HS graduation. The invited speaker was a socialist city councilwoman who told the kids their city was racist and that they shouldn't trust the police - at graduation! She barely mentioned the graduates. Her closing words were, "Solidarity!" and a fist in the air. Nice.

That city is insane!
