I've done the Inside Passage cruise twice, and I'd suggest that the cruise line you choose has some effect on who your fellow passengers will be.

The first time, we sailed Holland America, and DH and I (at the time 38 and 33) were the youngest people on board, except for one 16 years old traveling with his parents.

The second time, we sailed Princess, and there was a broader range of age groups.

I think it would be great for a honeymoon, as long as you're not addicted to sunshine.
