Personally, I would do the Alaska cruise for a honeymoon.* But we like that sort of thing.* We're not beach/hot weather people.* If, as you say, "we enjoy the outdooors, physical activity, great sights", then you would probably love it.* The scenery can't be beat, and there are lots of excursions you can take on the side.* We sailed from Vancouver to Anchorage (and yes, Vancouver is wonderful!) and have always regretted not adding on & taking the train to Denali.
When it comes to the honeymoon part, hey - a room is a room.* *8)
