I wonder what type of billing & customer service the NSA can provide.
It can't take much effort to do better than AT&T or Verizon, and I'd be happy to turn over my calling records for a price break! I wonder when they'll start up an ISP.
Hawaiian Telcom took over back-office services from Verizon last month. We still haven't received a bill yet...
