That was a good article. Interesting how some things are classified as 'organic' when theres no definition or governing body that creates or supports such a definition...and a lot of the products in those categories dont exactly fit what most people are thinking of when they think "organic".
Bannanas are a good idea to get organic, although they're hard to find. The skins are really porous to insecticides and fertilizers.
About 95% of what we feed the baby is organic. For ourselves, if the price is in the same ballpark I'll buy organic. Sams and walmart are not only carrying a lot more organics, but they're also pumping money into smaller growers, probably trying to improve their image. The larger brand name stuff like Newmans at Sams club has been decent, but so far i'm not terribly impressed with the organic produce at wallymart.
