Great post.................couldn't have said it better myself. I wish I knew when they started these universal rates..............something else to complain to my useless Senators from Wisconsin about (Feingold and Kohl)................with guys like that in Washington, it's no wonder Wisconsin is the laughing stock of all states in Washington...................
