I have an Umbrella policy. It covers over and above the coverages I have for Auto and Home Owner policies. It also covers such things as libel and slander, and other things that some ying-yang may sue about. It will also cover me if some bozo breaks into my abode, and I beat him within an inch of his worthless life, and then shoot him in the knee caps just for good measure....and he gets upset by all of that and sues me!!!

I'm not at all familiar with the Personal Excess Liability.
