I have an umbrella policy and always assumed it would cover something like this. But I guess I am not sure unless the terms spell it out or there is a industry standard for what "umbrella" means. The policy isn't handy so I can't look. Others have stated that it will cover you for slander. What about assault? If I slug a guy in a bar will it kick in
