Being a typical female (in some areas) I refuse to divulge the weigh in! I am started on the plan though and just finished my breakfast of 1/2 a honeydew melon. The treadmill moves into the living area this afternoon and I hope to walk 3 times a day for 10 minutes. The bad knee makes me reluctant to go to the park for walking right now. My goal is a sensible 2 lbs a week. It will only take me forever to get to an ideal weight but I will get healthier in the process! One of the goals is to eliminate enough weight to be able to comfortabl/safely walk outside the house. I used to enjoy 3 or 4 miles a day. I am starting slow and will add water aerobics/laps in April or May when the pool is warm enough.
