I'll bite!
I'm about 182 now. That's up from about 165 in just the last 18 months. I've been injured a lot and the running, biking, etc. is way down. For some reason this never happened 20 years ago
Would like to get back to the 160-165 range.
There's a triathlon that I usually do in the summer. I won my age group in 2003 and 2004 and got third in 2005. I missed it this year because of injuries.
I would like to at least get top three again this year before moving up to the next age group in 2008. I'm not at that fitness level now but I think that if I get some good runs and bikes in and drop a few pounds I'll have a decent shot at another win.
