5'10", 190, 27.3 BMI.
My surfing muscles keep getting bigger and my tae kwon do waistline keeps getting smaller. Hunger regularly wakes me at 4 AM. I have a small bowl of something or a piece of fruit about every two hours all day long. (The bunny follows me around in case I drop something.) By the 3 PM snack of broccoli heads dipped in yogurt I'm about sick of my healthy diet. My highlight of the week is an after-dinner ice cream cone (anything with chocolate) and Friday's Costco swirl frozen yogurt.
My knees would be thrilled to only have to support 170 pounds but I don't see it happening this decade. If I lose weight, great. If I have to sacrifice anything else from my current diet there'll be a mutiny.
