Yeah, a real eye-opener is to actualy read the Airline's "Customer Agreement." It subscribes to the Lewis Carrol school of contracts: "When I use a word, Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone, it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less." And, furthermore, it expands a little by adding "depending on how I feel when you ask" to the meaning.

That is why there is such a push for a "Passenger's Bill of Rights." (Write your congressman.)

Besides... Did they advertise "Free" baggage?
