That is great! It's not the money any more...it's having fun. Makes sense.

I have been thinking of applying with the FEMA Reserves to help out with disasters. Not for the money...but for the experience of helping people out and the adventure I think it would give.

I've been retired for 4 1/2 years now, and I'd say there is ZERO chance I will ever be returning to the workforce. I have way too many things to do to ever have time for work again, for one thing. And after being in complete control of my time these last 4+ years, I'm pretty sure I would not be able to handle someone telling me where I had to be and what I should be doing on a daily/weekly basis....those days are over! I don't see finances being an issue either....... and if that happens, there is room in my budget for some cuts if necessary.
