    Vision problems after cataract surgery

Exactly my experience. Had my cataract surgeries in Sep 23 and Nov 23. Had both eyes done for distance. Corrected 20/70 and 20/200 to 20/20 and 20/30, no longer need glasses except readers, and sunglasses outside because everything is so bright.

    Cataract surgery cost

Just had cataract surgery on both eyes. Medicare and supplemental paid everything. I did not add on any options. I went from 20/70 and 20/200 to 20/20 and 20/30. No new lenses until after retinal surgery shortly.

How did you decide on your investment strategy?

64, retired 16 years, living off stock dividends. I got here mainly by being cheap and lazy I was always a compulsive saver, so that part was easy. When I entered the world of 401ks, the sp500 index fund had much lower expenses than any of the other stock funds, so it all went there. With each...

    Aunt died will not viable

My widowed mom died 5 years ago in Oregon without a will, assuming everything would be split between us remaining 2 kids (I had told her to write one leaving everything to my sister because I had no use for the $$). The estate was split 1/3 to my sister, 1/3 myself (which I am giving to my...
