    So sorry to learn about your wife. You can find on-line help at www.alz.org. Many tips and information as well as forums dedicated to husbands and wives dealing with this disease. It provides a safe place to vent with people who understand.

    To find inexpensive things to do, go to Meetup.com and search for groups in your area. You should be able to find a group doing something that interests you, and that doesn't cost a lot of money. You need to track your spending and compare it to your income in order to stay the course.
