    How to fix Social Security

Social Security ...wouldn't it be great if the Government would pay back what they borrowed from SS over the years. We spend enough bailing out other countries financially with no expectation of payback. On and On it goes!

Private Country Club - I want out!

Dues are dependent on your membership level. If you have a golfing spouse an additional 74.00 a month on top of the 375.00 so $469.00 a month. Plus a quarterly food minimum of 135.00 You can't walk away, you must declare your selling, then based on what you want above the $10,500 certificate...

Private Country Club - I want out!

I know... ....I'm challenging the legality of it with the State. I'm talking with the Club's Membership Committee and Board Of Directors. I've suggested a buy out clause and a hardship clause be added to the Bylaws.

Situation is that in selling your membership you are to continue paying monthly dues and food minimums until your membership sells. I just want to walk away? They did have you sign a paper that you agreed to do...

    Timeshares - Good or Bad?

Try VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owner). For the cost of the annual Timeshare maintenance fee you could probably enjoy the same benefits. And going to the same location would be easy. My 2 cents.

Hoping to Retire, am I on track?

I may retire early, but not as early as most on this forum! My wife and I are 55, 56. Hope to retire at 60. 401K's are both at 400-420K, we have rollovers and Roths totaling 250K, I'll have a pension at about 1,700k mo. and my wifes will be about 1,200k a mo. Equity in our hose is around 300K...
