Couple of tells in the 2nd sentence of the message itself. The common noun "phone" is capitalized and the wording of the sentence is unprofessional sounding.

More good news is UHC called yesterday to tell me I have coverage. I wouldn't call everything sorted out yet because there are still some odd things going on.
