dual citizen from Canada- moved from Alberta Canada to USA / N.M. in '80 to finish university, then on to Denver in '91 to work on DIA, started my own architectural practice in 2002 serving a specialized niche market in the energy industry, then on to retirement prep in TX in '23 (CO was just getting too crazy after legalization of pot, Covid, and all the people moving in from CA & NY) It stopped being fun with the huge growth and reducing access to the mountains from all the traffic...bought a couple acres and a house, and enjoying a quieter lifestyle these days as I move into full retirement.
