Worked for a Fortune 50 company for many years before jumping to a private consulting firm. This allowed us to move to a region in the US where we wanted to live since our clients could be anywhere. We have been diligent with our finances and have succeeded to the point we can retire comfortably.

I enjoy consulting when I can control the travel and hope to remain engaged to some extent and stay mentally challenged.
