    I really hadn't thought of that... I was assuming there were tax advantages to owning, but I don't know if there are or aren't.... Anyone know?? I guess the advantage to renting is that I could live in several different areas and not have to settle down in just one location.

    If you are a highly compensated employee, the company limits contributions to 5 %. It doesn't seem fair because those who make less can save more.
