    Moving to Fidelity and going with a simple portfolio.

    I believe the conversion of VTSAX to the ETF VTI is done only at Vanguard & not at Fidelity. If one uses VTSAX or any non Fidelity Mutual Fund at Fidelity, a fee is charged.
