I picked up 1600 shares of PFE last week. I'm parking some $$$ for the dividend. It's currently an undervalued stock so hopefully it has some good growth potential. I also bought ET, EPD, MPLX, BMY, & VALE for the dividends. I like to stick with large multi-billion dollar market cap companies.

I have a whole house generator that is on Natural Gas. That is nice as I never have to worry about refueling. If I was in your shoes on propane, I would definitely go with a 500 gal tank over the 250. Better to have the extra capacity if you need it.

Hi, I retired last summer at 59-1/2. Always wanted to punch out around 60, so close enough. Spent about 38 years in Real Estate Development. It was a very good run, but it was time to move on. Now I'm enjoying a lot more golf, travel, time with friends & family, and just life on my schedule...

The Tesla Plaid is the only one that really gets my attention. But I'm not ready for an EV yet.

I've had a natural gas grill for 15 years at our current house. It is great. It has a sear zone that get up to about 1600 degrees for steaks. I also have our whole house generator on natural gas. VERY clean burning and reliable. I only change the oil in the generator every 7 or 8 years...
