If it were me, I would not pay off the motgage early. Instead, I would increase my monthly withdral rate to cover the motgage. That way you are still allowing the $44k to work for you AND avoiding the larger tax hit from a one-time withdrawl. Sent from my GT-N5110 using Early Retirement Forum...
