I second this endorsement of the excellent Cronometer. Have used it for many years to track my daily nutrient and calorie intake. That and intermittent fasting (time restricted eating) have both been tremendously beneficial to my health and happiness.

Odd shortages on the shelves of my local Kroger store. In the past these were seldom and quickly remedied, but now often persist week after week. Large bags of frozen green beans---this at Trader Joe's also--, the store brand of brown and confectioner's sugar, and more. Prices are up overall.

Got my Pfizer booster 2 days ago. Mild side effects including joint pain and a stiff sore neck. With the first 2 injections had only swollen tender lymph glands under my ear on the side where I got the shot. That might be developing now, too. All well worth it!

My Pfizer booster is scheduled for this Friday at my nearby neighborhood CVS pharmacy. They have lots of appointments available and the whole process could not have been easier, just as a poster upthread said.
