    I live in Winnipeg. No problem on both cases. But hey, my car is plugged in the beginning of November when temperatures hit -10 at night. Bought a timer, warms for about 3 - 4 hours in the morning. Changed oil 2 times, no problems yet. Car is 1,5 years old fingers crossed
