    If you are looking at the "total" US Stock Market, Vanguard offers the Vanguard Index Total Stock Market Fund (VTSMX).  I've used the Vanguard Vipers (VTI) ETF to give me exposure to the "total US market". Hope this helps. Mister Bill

    OK, a 100% portfolio of TIPs is not one of my better ideas.  What kind of percentage in stocks would be recommended.  In my case I would probably average into a very broad based mutual fund or an ETF like the Vipers (VTI).
