Anyone seeing recovery in there area? The Corona area in southern california as far as homes go, there are no more deals below 260K unless in a questionable area, spoke to a realtor friend and she said the inventory is way down . .... just wondering if anyone is seeing this in other areas...

I am living in area that has some of the highest foreclosures in the nation, where are these people going to live? they will still need need some place to rent? wouldnt rental property be a good investment, like 2 bedroom condos, etc?

No, I did not cash out of my 401k, I have my money sitting in like a money market type fund right now, within our 401k program. I'll look up the expense ratios and post them up.

It appears that Artisan is in the only fund in the black and up a little over 4% YTD, the others are all in the red, I know that is not the right criteria to go by but? ......
