Has anyone had problems working with Equifax? I wanted to get a new credit card. When I tried to take the hold off my Equifax account, the questions they asked to verify my ID, were not from my history. I answered no to all the questions but my answers were not verified as correct.
Problem after problem to open my credit report and/or verify the bad information in my report. Problems with getting my credit report on line after speaking to a rep who had to call me vs simply being transferred. Has this happen to you? If so, how did you clear it up? etc.
I did get approved for my credit card. Do I need these guys? My data from the other 2 credit verifiers worked without problems.
