First Day Back to Work

Not too bad, my legs hurt from standing all day doing testing.
Sitting on my butt for the past year, the legs are in schock.
It was deja vu all over again.
Actually worked for free, had to go to the eye doc, that was $300 with new glasses,wife went to dentist don't know what that cost with
xrays,so I am negative for the day.
But who cares, having a large VO Manhattan right now.

PS: They got rid of all us old F**ts that knew what we were doing and hired 14 VP's, go figure.

As you say in your other thread, "hope it doesn't pan out"?? Keep us posted, this is serious. Maybe you can gracefully leave when others get back from their hopefully, temporary, problems.

Actually the people are back from their problems for the most part.
What I am doing now is trying to get done a lot of backed up work.
Seems that salesman will promise the world, even when there is little to no technical backbone left in the company. Boils down to not enough hands, especially experienced hands.
Oh well nothing new in corporate MidCap America,except the global matrix.
