I do have an affinity for Europe. Just curious what forum members think especially since American education costs have boomed over the last decade.

The synopsis is that German higher education institutions are offering free, or very low cost options to international students especially when compared with their American counterparts, even for graduate degrees. Most degree programs are offered in English.

Nothing in life is free. These costs are paid by German citizens but 40% of students stay in Germany and contribute to the economy.

One kids have thought about this for grad school. Our kids have their undergrad tuition covered by grants for public schools here.
