I'm looking for historical (yearly) returns for the S&P 500 (or other stock market indicators) dating back as far as possible - early 1900's if possible. I can find it back only to 1950. I'm guessing that the S&P 500 index was established in 1950. If so, where can I find yearly stock market returns from farther back?
