Lake Superior Circle Tour

We are making the loop around Lake Superior in our RV in July before heading west through the prairie provinces and dropping down into Idaho to spend some time with family. The circle trip has an online planner that makes it a snap to plan. So much to see!

After Idaho we are head back west through Canada to Vancouver and Victoria and then taking the ferry to Olympia WA to begin our Pacific coast drive with side trips to Portland(more family) and Crater Lake NP.

I've been wanting to do this trip for a few years now. How many days are you planning for the loop? Are you making reservations for each campsite?

How big is your RV? We have a 40-footer so we usually have to leave it in a campsite and explore with the toad, which usually adds a night to each campsite.
