moving vanguard brokered CD Traditional to Roth?

Has anyone tried to convert a brokered CD in their Vanguard traditional IRA to a Roth? It seems like the website allows you to select money that is in a money market or ETF and move it to a Roth, but the brokered CD is grayed out. I assume that is because you cannot move part of a CD. But, what if I want to move the entire CD? Maybe you can do this with a phone call?
