NYT Letter Boxed Puzzle- Anybody play it?

I have never been able to solve this puzzle. Perhaps some of you can weigh in.

Today, I'm sure I've followed all the rules, yet the durn thing refuses to accept this solution.

The rules are that you have to use all the letters around the square to create a series of words. After the first word, each successive word uses, for its first letter, the last letter of the previous word.

My solution includes the words:

MILD
DEAF
FORT
THAW

MILDEAFORTHAW
