Outwardly, I am ENTJ. The real me is INTJ.

I sometimes think this isn't the ER forum, but the INTJ/INTP forum.

I think we discussed MB more recently than 13 years ago but finding the thread feels like w*rk.

At one time or another, I have tested as every MBTI letter except "S."

I remember that once Myers Brigg was all the rage at mega corp. They sent us all to classes and handed out books. My copy is gathering dust somewhere as I am a pack rat to some degree. Have no idea what personality type covers that. I tested right on the border between INFP and INTP at the time. I do recall those two were considered the least likely to succeed in the corporate environment, with INFP being the worst. I was sort of proud of that.

Classifying my personality presupposes I have a personality. :)

The test said ENTJ. But I think it is a soft E.

I am INFP. The F surprised me most but it is by no means pegged.

ISTJ, but sometimes ISFJ.

As I age, the F is getting bigger.

The Meyers-Briggs story and how their Type Indicator gained prominence is much more interesting than the 'test'. Coincidentally, Merve Emre's new in depth book "The Personality Brokers" will be released on September 11th.
Here is a current short history article if you are interested -
