VCTXX - Expense Ratio vs. Yield

Can anybody help me understand Vanguard CA Tax-Exempt Money Market Inv VCTXX? I see from Vanguard's site that they have an expense ratio of 0.16% and an SEC Yield of 0.01% (currently).

Since 0.16% > 0.01%, will I lose money if I invest here?

... at least the loss would be tax free.

No, the 0.01% SEC yield is after expenses.
