Welcome to the Forum Haze,
You'll have to do some research to figure out costs in Georgia if you are planning on using ACA. For instance, it looks like Georgia does not participate in the Medicaid expansion. That will impact the lower income you may want to have each year. I put "ACA Georgia" in the search box at the top of the page to find that information. Good luck on your RE plans.

Welcome Haze,
Great place to learn. From the FAQ section, here's lots of information about ACA. Think there are a few other threads too.
Seems like a lot I know, but if I can figure it out, you will too. Congratulations on your upcoming retirement.

Welcome to the forum. I am in Savannah and worked at Memorial for 14 years. We probable know many of the same people. If you have some money outside tax deferred accounts you could use that to cover expenses until you are 65 and qualify for ACA subsidy to help with the health insurance cost. At 65 you can switch to Medicare and start spending money from tax deferred accounts if you have them. Starting SS late might also be a good choice to keep taxable income low before you are old enough for Medicare.

Be wary of a financial planner. Many of them make big money in commissions selling products that are often not the best choice.

You want a fee only financial planner. They work (and charge) by the hour. A quick google search looking for one in Savannah turned up Iris Mack Dayoub. I know nothing about her. If you have IRAs or 403 accounts you might want to talk to with the agent who handles them but again they may be inclined to sell you something you do not need. Alternatively if you are willing to share some details on your situation people here on this forum often give superb advice.
