Glad to meet you

Hello, I'm Jean Patricia. I've been reading these forums for a few weeks with much enjoyment - learning a few things too

Wasn't sure if I truly wanted to retire early. Currently, I like my job, yet now realize that I'm assuming it will always be there for me. My life is rather simple. I have no debt and live below my means. This, after MANY years of not living in better stewardship of the money that came into (and flowed out of) my life. I'm 47 years old, with a daughter (newly returned home, back at local college). I rent my current home and am not sure if I want to buy some day, continue renting or live out of an RV.

I am looking forward to learning more and getting to know everyone through more of these informative (and amusing) posts.

Jean Patricia

Hello, Jean.

If you haven't already, you may want to check out Scott Burns's site about retirement in an RV.

I believe the site is http://www.dallasnews.com/business/scottburns/

Good luck on getting FIRE'd!
Jay
